Byunghoon Kang (David) is an Associate Professor (Senior Lecturer) in the Department of Economics at the 成人天堂 since 2016. He received his Ph.D. in Economics at University of Wisconsin - Madison (USA). Before Madison, he earned an M.A. in Economics at Seoul National University and a B.S. in Mathematics at the KAIST (South Korea). His research interests include econometrics, applied econometrics.

Research Interests
Econometric Theory, Applied Econometrics;
My work studies IV/GMM models under misspecification, nonparametric and semiparametric estimation, and inference in high-dimensional econometric models and causal inference—including the challenges of conducting valid inference when models are misspecified.
